Showing up every day, over and over again, may not look dramatic, yet it becomes the foundation of trust within yourself — a trust no one can argue with.
Timely. Reminds me to just do the thing. All the parts of myself are sometimes like little kids that do to want to go to the school of life. But, they all are slowly realizing that I’m a wise adult that can be trusted.
Yes, that inner child picture is so real. It helps to remember we can actually parent those parts of ourselves, guide them with patience instead of pushing.
Trust that even the smallest actions and steps count. That you are not behind (what does it even mean?). That you are not running out of time. That to build resilience, skills, and self-reliance starts, like you say, "by showing u every day."
I needed that reminder. The idea that “behind” doesn’t really exist takes a weight off. It makes me think progress is more about showing up than measuring where we are compared to others.
Wow! I’m going to think about this because I’m not great at follow-through. Even with the best of intentions. But reminding me that “I” need to believe in myself to create a strong foundation for my relationship with Life, speaks to me 💗 Thank you!
I hear you on follow-through. It’s something I struggle with too even when my heart’s in the right place. I like how you connected it back to trust in yourself. That makes the practice feel more doable.
That’s such a commitment, thank you for sharing it here. The overthinking part really is the hardest, since it’s all internal work and not something we naturally want to face.
I'm not late to anything — I'm on my way to everything I am exactly in the right place at the right time. Trusting the journey, waiting patiently joyful 🙌
The story of my life when it comes to pursuing my interests, they always come last on my to-do list or fall off entirely amongst all the other necessities of life. But at the end of the day it’s a commitment I make to be with and honour/ or believe in myself. I think I’m getting better at it. Thank you for the reminder ❤️

My promises that I'm making today:
1. Write every morning
2. Take care of my body (Gym, Eating Right)
3. Stop Overthinking & Worrying (this one is REALLY hard)
4. Make my YouTube videos.
5. Learn to listen to myself.

Yeah, it's a big commitment for me. I may have gone a little overboard with it, but I'm just going to take it one step at a time. 😊
Loooooove it!
Glad you do :))
I loved this post! I plan to incorporate these ideas in my life.
So helpful to remember that self trust is a muscle we can build and strengthen over time, starting with small steps.

Love this. I’ve been practicing intending less to do and doing everything I say. It’s amazing how long a way a little self trust can go.
